Our local support services are busier than ever before, but it’s vital we keep going.

Thousands in our community are dealing with the life-changing impact of cancer or bereavement, not to mention the added stress of financial worries brought about by illness during the cost-of-living crisis.

But the past couple of years have had a huge impact on our fundraising, with fewer donations coming in than are needed to meet the soaring demand for our services.

We’re determined to make sure no-one in our community has to cope with cancer or bereavement alone, but we need your help to make that happen. That’s why we’re excited to let you know about our Big Give Christmas Challenge, which could double your donation and see your support go twice as far!

Thanks to The Reed Foundation & a number of generous CancerCare supporters, donations made to our Big Give Christmas Challenge webpage between 28th November and 5th December will be doubled! By donating today, you can make double the difference and ensure that local people facing cancer or bereavement have somewhere to turn during their toughest times.

As a local charity, we rely on donations for 93% of our funding. All donations we receive will go directly towards providing expert therapies, support & care for adults & children in our community coping with cancer or loss.
