Youth Group Leader
Location: Lancaster and Morecambe

Do you have experience in managing people and projects and working with children and young people? Do you have a passion for promoting vulnerable children and young people (CYP) interests and creating inclusive environments?
This role is part of a service focussing on supporting children and young people affected by cancer, bereavement and sudden/traumatic death. We use a peer support model which we have developed through five years of action research, aiding our CYP to build emotional and social skills and gain confidence. Young people are at the core of this service, helping to shape our delivery, and learning how to hold space for one another as they develop new skills in peer support.
Location: Lancaster and Morecambe
Salary: £10,924 (actual)
Hours: 16 hours per week covering three days / evenings per week. Occasional weekends required. Daytime shifts in school holidays.
