Sunday (10 October) is World Mental Health Day.

Providing emotional support to young people struggling to cope with a cancer diagnosis or death in their family or wider network of friends is a hugely important part of what we do.

Every year we help hundreds of young people under the age of 18 with one-to-one specialist counselling, play/art therapy and peer support.

These last 18 months have been particularly tough on young people denied contact with their friends and family due to the pandemic either at school, sports clubs or simply hanging out with mates.

Attached are some free online mental health resources which may be of use if you know of any young people who may be struggling with their mental health at this time.
