Some lovely Community Fundraising news to end the week!

Thank you to 'Sing Me Sunshine' who invited us along to their get-together on Wednesday 31st May to collect a wonderful donation of £200!

The group, made up of around 75 members, meet fortnightly at the Jubilee Club in Torrisholme to sing along to popular songs from the 50s, 60s and 70s, while raising money for good causes. They charge £1 to take part in the sing-song and donate all the proceeds to local charities, including CancerCare!

Fundraiser Anna was thrilled to join them for a few numbers and to tell the group how their fundraising will make a difference to people in our local community facing cancer or bereavement.
