On Sunday 18th September our friends at Tri-Island Running hosted their popular Rampside Rush in aid of CancerCare. Locals from all over the Furness peninsula tied up their trainers and ran 5km or 10km along the beautiful coastline of Barrow, including our very own Aromatherapist Stacey Smith who completed the 5km run in under 30 minutes alongside her mum Carol Postlethwaite

Thank you and congratulations everyone that took part in the event and braved the breezy British weather, and a big thanks to everyone who donated. We would like to say thank you to @Tri-Island Running for organising yet again another fantastic event! Over the years Tri-Island Running have hosted some brilliant action-packed events in aid of CancerCare and have raised over £1,300!
