New Re-Fresh Young People's Peer Support Group in Barrow!

This Spring we'll be launching a brand new youth group at our centre on Duke Street in Barrow-in-Furness.

We'll be kicking off with two special outdoor adventure days on Sunday 3 & 24 April where we'll be having loads of fun paddle boarding, ghyll scrambling, kayaking and lots of other cool stuff.

Re-Fresh is an awesome group of young people ages 12-17 who are affected by cancer or death in their families or friends, and who love to get together, support and give each other advice to help one another with whatever they are going through.

We are a charity so all the amazing activities are fully-funded so won't cost you a penny.
