Faye Hinde, our Volunteer Coordinator has been getting out and about keeping busy with our wonderful volunteers. Faye organised a catch up for our volunteers in Lancaster earlier this month, and she’s now working her way round the coast up to Kendal!

“Socialising is essential, and I believe that having these catch ups is a great opportunity for volunteers to meet each other and share ideas. Not only is it a chance for me to meet people I but it allows me to check-in with volunteers I won’t be seeing on a regular basis and show my gratitude for their commitment to CancerCare,” said Faye.

Volunteers from our Kendal centre gathered last Wednesday whilst enjoying tea, coffee and cake.
