Many people with a cancer diagnosis can experience debilitating fear and anxiety.

These negative emotions can range from worries about treatment, surgery and family members to phobias about needles and distress about the side effects of medication.

One of the complementary therapies we offer is hypnotherapy which can help relieve anxiety, equip you with coping skills you can use on your own and promote a more positive way of living.

Here is our expert David Faratian to tell you more and dispel a few myths. David also runs online Mindfulness classes which begin on Tuesday 18 January.
