A Future Fundraiser in the making!

Each year, on Father's Day, Imogen Shellcross likes to do something special to remember and pay tribute to her Dad.

This year, she got up at 5.30am to make sure she got a good spot at the car boot sale on the A6 near Yealand where she had a very successful day raising £143 for us.

CancerCare has been supporting Imogen's family and this isn't her first fundraising feat for us. Last year at her school, Year 2 Imogen decided she wanted a challenge so she joined Year 3 and 4 for a two mile "Epic" race, raising an amazing £495 in the process!

Wonderful work from a very thoughtful young lady and it was great to see her when she popped in to see our fundraiser Kat and count up the donation. She is an absolute star and we can't wait to see what she dreams up next year! ⭐️
