I’m Bethany, the Head of Development and Engagement at CancerCare.

My early career took me overseas, working in logistics, but after returning to the UK, I found my passion in the charity sector. My team and I work closely with our communities, staff, volunteers and trustees, consulting with them to shape and develop our services in line with the needs of the people who rely on them. For me, it's all about community - listening, adapting, and making a real difference.
