At the start of the year, we stepped foot onto the soil of our allotment in Lancaster and embarked on an exciting project which has transformed an overgrown patch into a productive plot for gardening and growing.

Fast forward almost nine months down the line and our allotment is an array of fresh produce and a space for clients and their families to use! We have a wide variety of different plants, foods, herbs and flowers growing in this wonderful outdoor space which couldn’t have been achieved without the help of our clients and volunteers.

Last week our team met at Slynedales to discuss the plans for the allotment going forward into 2023! Alongside some delicious lemon drizzle cake and cups of tea, the group finalised the plans and have some very exciting things to look forward that we are encouraging more people involved in.
