Hot off the press, our Rachel and Sarah were beside themselves today as they took delivery of the first box of our recipe book Extra Helpings!

Five months in the making and busting with delicious dishes and the stories behind what makes them so special to our clients, therapists, staff and volunteers!

We'll be officially launching it at our special event at Leighton Hall with supporter BBC MasterChef 2019 winner Irini Tzortzoglou on Sunday after which they will be available at all our centres. You can pre-order by clicking the button below!
