Today the South Lakes RE-FRESH groups have being soaking in the sunshine in the outdoors at Rook How!

Lead by Youth Workers Bex and Terri-Leigh, the group took part in a range of activities such as fire and bush craft, vision board creating, pizza making and post card making, whilst being out in the countryside.

They had the perfect day for it and by the looks of things had a lot of fun!
