Our friends at Tri-Island Running, are once again hosting their popular CancerCare Rampside Rush 5km and 10km runs taking place in the beautiful coastline around Barrow.

It’ll be a feel-good day filled with serotonin and rushes of energy, so book on to get involved in the excitement, the starting point will be Roa Island Car Park so come along to support CancerCare.

Whether you’re a beginner, or a keen runner, the races are ability and family friendly, and suitable for runners of all ages. (Under 12's must run with an adult)
