Yoga classes with our instructor Sue Garner are available online via Zoom every Monday at 10:30am.
Sue has a gentle approach and her classes enable participants, whatever their level, to find their own way to enjoy and benefit from yoga.
These classes are suitable for all physical abilities and beginners are welcome. If you have prior experience with yoga, this is also the perfect opportunity to broaden your practice.
