CancerCare is thrilled to announce that £18,500 was raised during the 2025 Keswick to Barrow and Coniston to Barrow walks.

Event Lead Fundraiser Lisa Lambert attended the annual Keswick to Barrow awards (20th November 2025) where she was presented with the cheque.

Back in May this year, 70 walkers took on the K2B/C2B challenges in the blistering heat to walk 20 or 40 miles for Team CancerCare.

Lisa said: “Thank you to every single one of you for not only smashing your fundraising targets during the 2025 Keswick to Barrow and Coniston to Barrow, but for being so wonderful to support. It’s people like you who make such a difference to our charity.

“Every step of this unique challenge raised vital funds for CancerCare. Of course, we cannot thank everyone enough from the K2B committee to all the supporters en route and of course, Team CancerCare!”
