This March ProjectCold are on a mission to raise £4040 to celebrate the 40th Birthday of CancerCare!

ProjectCold is a community group of like minded people who want to transform their mindset through both breath work and cold immersion.

"The cold shows you no remorse and makes you find yourself. The cold is the truth and can teach you so many things if you let it".

Group members and people in the local community have come together to participate in a DIP A DAY in cold water throughout March. The dips can be done in a cold shower, plunge pool in the garden, the river at a community dip or in the sea!!

ProjectCold are a welcoming community who want to encourage more people to take part in their challenge and immerse themselves in the chill. So if you fancy a dip head down to the Crook O'Lune for 7:30am on Sunday mornings to see what they're about!
