The team at Jacob's Field Solutions in West Cumbria took on the Dare2Dip challenge on the sunny coast of St Bees.

This is a charity close to the heart of many of their employees, so getting volunteers to take part was the easy part of their challenge.

Employees and their family met at St Bees on 31st May to take the plunge into the Atlantic Ocean whilst some of the team cheered on from the coastline! The rays were shining onto the sea but the chill was still there!

All “dippers” are donating at least £10 each via the Collectively system at Jacobs which will be match funded by the business.

"It's fantastic to see so much support from Jacobs, so thank you for braving the cold sea and raising some money for us which will go a long way to helping support those coping with cancer and bereavement. We hope you had fun whilst doing it,” said Claire Mason, Head of Fundraising and Marketing.
