We want to say a BIG thank you to everyone who supported CancerCare’s third Big Give Christmas challenge!

The Big Give challenge begins with a number of CancerCare supporters - known as pledgers - promising to match the funding of donations made by the local community. This means that all donations will be doubled! As a local independent charity, we rely heavily on public donations and without these we would not be able to help and support those in our local area.

This year the challenge was bigger than ever. In just seven days, you all helped to raise an incredible £19,358.75, including Gift Aid. This amazing donation will make a massive difference to people in the community facing a cancer diagnosis or bereavement this Christmas.
